"Do no harm" is my approach to therapeutic massage. My job as a massage therapist is to remind your body how to relax and heal on it's own.
There are very few COVID conscious folks, let alone bodyworkers and practitioners of health. I am happy to provide a safer environment for my massage clients.
I am a 32 year old Colorado local who loves to hike, write, sing, and crochet. When I'm not massaging or engaging in my hobbies, you can catch me distributing masks and tests to my community! If I could get further certified in massage therapy, I would love to get certified in canine and equine massage.
